1. The offer applies to the first new booking made 30 days from signing up to the Explore newsletter.
2. The offer is available on any Explore small group trips for any available departures date. Excludes Galapagos and Polar cruises as well as Exclusive & Private Groups. 
3. The discount is off the tour price only; additional services such as flights, single supplements, additional hotel nights and transfers are not discounted.  
4. We regret the discount cannot be applied retrospectively to existing bookings. 
5. As per our standard terms & conditions, it is not possible to cancel and rebook back onto the original departure date to take advantage of any current special offer.   
6. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers (except Recommend a Friend), discounts, or online promotions.  
7. This offer can be combined with Explore Loyalty Discounts, to a maximum of an extra 10% on top of current loyalty discount. 
8. This offer is available to customers directly with Explore or via a travel agent who are residents of the USA or Canada. Quote the code “ENEWS10” to receive the discount. 
9. The offer is subject to availability and Explore reserves the right to withdraw it. 
10. The customer is responsible for having adequate and valid travel insurance. 
11. Trips may be added or removed at any time.
