1. Promoter
The promoter is Explore Worldwide Ltd, Nelson House, 55 Victoria Road, Farnborough, Hampshire, GU14 7PA (“Explore”).

2. Eligibility
1. The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Explore Worldwide Ltd, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. Maximum two entries per person is permitted.
3. To qualify for the family prize, the travelling group must include at least one person under the age of 18.

3. Promotional Period
The promotional period begins at 08:00am (BST) on 06 March 2026 and closes at 18:00 (BST) on 27 March 2026.

4. How to Enter
1. No purchase is necessary to enter.
2. To enter the prize draw, participants must complete and submit the official entry form at the Explore stand or through the web link during the promotional period.
3. Entrants must provide the following valid information to be entered into the prize draw: First Name, Surname, Email Address, Country of Residence (must be within UK)
4. Incomplete, illegible or late entries will not be accepted.
5. Explore is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete due to technical issues or other circumstances beyond its control.

5. The Prize
1. One prize winner will receive a place for up to four travellers (maximum 2 adults 
and 2 children) on Explore’s Family Madeira Adventure tour (tour code: FMD) worth up to £7,000 based on accommodation in two twin-share rooms, to travel within 2026.
2. The prize holiday includes accommodation (on a twin-share), ground transport, some activities and some meals as shown on the itinerary, an Explore Tour Leader, return economy class flights from a London airport. The prize does not include any optional extras or upgrades; nor does it include the cost of travel insurance.
3. The prize also includes economy class return flights for up to four people from a UK based airport, including one piece of hold luggage per person, up to a maximum total value of £2,500.
4. The prize must be booked and travelled in 2026 and is subject to availability.
5. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and has no cash alternative.
6. If the selected departure is priced lower than the maximum stated value, no refund, credit or balance will be provided.
7. Any costs exceeding the stated maximum flight value must be paid by the winner.

6. What the Prize Does Not Include
The prize does not include optional activities, additional meals not listed in the itinerary, travel insurance, personal expenses, or airline optional extras such as seat selection, flight upgrades, additional luggage, or other chargeable airline services. Any costs associated with flight stopovers or transfers are also excluded.

7. Family Pricing & Age Policy
1. On Explore Family trips, there must be at least one traveller under the age of 18.
2. Children must be aged between 7 and 16 years at the time of travel to qualify for the child price.
3. Travellers aged 17 or 18 will be charged the adult price.
4. Minimum and recommended ages for the trip are shown in the Family Information section of the trip page.
5. The typical child age on Explore Family tours is between 12 and 13 years, although this may vary by departure.
6. Customers may contact Explore for information regarding the age range of children already booked on a specific departure.

8. Booking Conditions
1. The prize holiday must be booked directly with Explore and is subject to availability on selected departures in 2026.
2. The winner will be responsible for ensuring that they and any person travelling with them are available to travel and hold comprehensive travel insurance, valid passports, any necessary visas and travel documents.
3. Additional passengers may be added to the booking but will be subject to availability and will be charged the full adult price applicable at the time of booking.

9. Winner Selection and Notification
1. One prize winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries within two weeks after the promotional period closes.
2. The winner will be notified by email using the contact details provided at entry.
3. The winner must respond within 7 days of notification with any information required to arrange the prize.
4. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, Explore reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

10. Verification
Explore reserves the right to request proof of identity, residency and eligibility before confirming the prize.

11. Data Protection and Privacy
1. Explore Worldwide Ltd will only use personal information provided by entrants in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and Explore’s Privacy Policy.
2. By entering the prize draw, entrants agree that their personal information may be used by Explore or its agents to administer the competition and deliver the prize.

12. Publicity
By entering, participants agree that the winner’s agrees to participate in any publicity or other such promotional purposes by Explore.

13. General
1. Explore reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms & Conditions.
2. Explore reserves the right to withdraw, amend or suspend the promotion where necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
3. By entering the prize draw, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
4. Explore’s standard booking terms and conditions apply to all elements of the prize.
