The opportunity to study abroad sparked Hannah’s desire to discover, and she’s now clocked up over 20 years in the industry. A love for variety, colour, and most of all food has made Asia her favourite destination to explore. The sheer diversity of India, and delicious creamy daal makhani and light and crispy masala dosas, have kept her coming back. Keen on travelling by rail, Hannah’s hopped on a train from London to Marrakech and taken sleeper trains through China.
