Just to report back on the holiday. WONDERFUL / AWESOME / INCREDIBLE.....don't have the words to describe.  Everything I hoped for and so much more.  Hotel In B Aires was extremely comfortable and central. Hotel in Ushuaia ditto and convenient for embarkation. All taxi transfers were efficient and friendly. The M/S Expedition was as I remembered from the Arctic - even the tour leaders and crew. EXCELLENT in EVERY way. The Antarctic was just magical. You know the feeling you've had when as a child you wake up, look out of the window and see clean deep unblemished snow and all you can think about is getting out there and running around. Well. the Antarctic was like that but with penguins. Awesome. Of course the Drake Passage was something to be experienced! Apparently on a scale of 0 to 10 the outward crossing was a 7/8. Exciting eh? And more so for me as I found that my 'sea legs' were in perfect working order. I could rabbit on and on and on, and would bore England with my photos of penguins, seals, whales and frozen landscapes. Just spent this afternoon using penguin photos to make my Christmas cards and calendars!  Thank you so very much for all your help in putting the holiday - well so much more than that - together
