City offers culture and fine dining, says flight comparison website
Travellers planning to hit Las Vegas on a solo holiday often overlook culture on The Strip in favour of the casinos, Cheapflights Media has said.
Nadine Hallak, marketing and PR executive at the flight comparison website, noted that the Californian city offers a wide range of art.
"Guests can discover a wealth of culture in the heart of Las Vegas, in the form of famous sculptures such as Reclining Connected Forms by famous British Sculptor Henry Moore and Silver River sculpture by Maya Lin, amongst many others," she said.
Las Vegas was listed as one of the top five researched destinations, by Britons, on the DiscoverAmerica.com site for 2010.
Ms Hallak suggested that those looking in terms of wining and dining experiences should look no further than the big name hotels, which offer a variety of choice.
However, she did note that "some will offer better value for money than others, so it's worth knowing which to choose from".
