Namibia has a vast variety of wildlife
The abundance of many different varieties of wildlife in the African destination of Namibia is "staggering", according to the country's promotional body.
On its website, Namibia Tourism noted that people from all over the world travel to the country on adventure holidays in order to see all the wildlife that the destination has to offer.
"From big game such as lion, elephant, giraffe, cheetah and rhino to a wealth of small game and even many endemic species like the black-faced impala - the quest to see it up close is easily the nation's top tourist pursuit," the tourism organisation opined.
"One that is rarely unfulfilled thanks to conservation efforts and an amazing network of national parks and conservancies."
Etosha National Park, located in the north-west of the country, is one of the many locations in Namibia where people on safari adventure holidays can see the endangered and widely searched-for Black Rhino.
